Thank you for your interest in Reisner Beef, made by our family for your family!  We guarantee that our beef is free of hormones, steroids, and antibiotics. 

We base the price of the steer on its hanging weight.  The current price, as of January 2012, is $3 per pound.  Price is subject to change based on the market price for grain and cattle.  Price does not include processing and/or non-local delivery charges.  Contact us for the latest pricing.

We use a state-inspected processor in Norwood, Missouri:  Forrest Meat Processing.  Processing costs will vary depending on how the whole, half, or quarter is cut.  Customers ordering whole or half beef portions have complete control over how the beef is cut.  Customers ordering a quarter beef may not get the beef cut exactly the way they would like because we have to pair two customers together in order to have the beef processed.  We try to match similar cut orders.  All orders will be wrapped in heavy shrink-wrap plastic.

Wholesale customers can order a whole beef from us, done under state inspection, for retail sales or restaurant use.  The price, as of January 2012, is $2.40 per pound based on the live weight.  The price includes processing and delivery.  The beef is cut up into primal cuts and vacuum wrapped, but is not frozen.  Price is subject to change based on the market price for grain and cattle.  Contact us for the latest pricing.

After your steer has been hung and weighed, you will need to send us a check, made out to Reisner Ranch, for the cost of the beef and the processing (minus your deposit).  We must receive your check before we can deliver your beef to you.

How to order:

1.  Call us at 573-729-7277 or 573-247-7557 to place your order or to inquire
     about individual cuts year round.

2.  Visit our stand at the Farmer's Market in Rolla.  (Saturdays at Big Lots,
     8 a.m. until noon)

3.  Visit our stand at the Farmer's Market in Salem.  (Saturdays 7:30 a.m. until
     noon)

4.  Email us at reisner4@embarqmail.com.

Deposits Required:   $100 to reserve a Beef Quarter     $200 to reserve a Beef Half

Your order will only be confirmed when we receive your deposit.  Orders are first-come, first-served.
